This page explains exactly how returns are processed after a battery is dispensed from an Alpine Charge station. It is written to be easy to scan, while still forming part of our binding rental terms.

At a Glance

Return Within 10 Minutes

No charge applies when the battery is returned and accepted by a compatible station within 10 minutes of rental.

Return After 10 Minutes, Before 24 Hours

The posted base rental rate applies when the battery is returned and accepted within 24 hours of rental.

Return After 24 Hours or No Return

The posted purchase price is charged to the payment method used for the rental.

Detailed Return Terms

1. When a Rental Starts and Ends

A rental starts when payment is accepted and the battery is dispensed from an Alpine Charge station. A return is complete only when the battery is inserted into a compatible station slot and accepted by the system.

3. Returns After Purchase Price Is Charged

If the purchase price has already been charged, no refund, credit, or automatic reversal is provided by default. If you still want to return the battery after that point, contact help@alpinechargingsolutions.com. Any accommodation is handled case-by-case at Alpine Charging Solutions Incorporated's sole discretion.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Batteries

A battery that is lost, stolen, materially damaged, or not returned in usable condition may be treated as non-returned, and the posted purchase price may apply.

5. Legal Scope

This Returns Policy is part of our Terms of Service and is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. In case of conflict between pages, the Terms of Service and the posted station pricing control.
